I am excited to announce that three of my paintings were selected to be on display at the Michigan Governor’s Lansing Residence as part of the 2014 Art Collection.
It is a great honor to be included in this collection. My paintings “Let Go!”, “Serenity” and “Reflection” are the three paintings that are now on display at the Governor’s Lansing Residence.
While the collection is not open to the public, the artwork will be viewed by Governor Rick Snyder and First Lady Sue Snyder’s guests, state, national and foreign dignitaries throughout the year.
My painting entitled “Reflection” sold during the reception on opening night. As a result, I was asked to provide a fourth painting to replace “Reflection”, which will soon be going to the home of a Michigan executive and art collector.
For an art collector that appreciates the provenance of a painting these pieces will definitely have a great story, and can be enjoyed knowing that they were showcased in the Michigan Governor’s Lansing Residence.
The collection was curated and mounted by Pierre Paul Design. A special thank you to Lee Jean-Gilles for inviting me to be part of this wonderful collection and the terrific staff at Pierre Paul Design for working to make it all a great success. I am also very grateful to Governor Rick Snyder and First Lady Sue Snyder for their support and gracious hospitality.
